We design and manufacture mechatronic products to support our customers’ innovation and enable the electrification of their aircraft through our Pilot Control Interfaces (Wire Drive), our Electrical Control and Protection (Electrical Distribution) and our solutions for Controlling and Detecting the Motion of Aircraft Systems (Electrical Motion). Electrical Power Distribution:
Crouzet designs and manufactures a complete range of Electrical Control and Protection solutions to manage electrical distribution on board aircraft and protect cables and electrical equipment from overcurrents and overvoltages. With Hermetically Sealed Relays, Thermal Circuit Breakers, Remote Control Circuit Breakers (RCCB), Hybrid Circuit Breakers, and Solide States Solutions, we meet the requirements of all ATA24 chapters according to MIL and EN standards. Our DesignLAB currently offers solutions suitable for 230VAC and 270VDC networks, integrating all functions into Electrical Distribution Panels.

Crouzet pilot interfaces for flight controls offer a unique piloting experience, ensuring precise and reliable transmission of pilot commands to the onboard computer. Since 1985, our Control Wheels, Control Grips equipped with a wide range of Control Buttons, Electrical Dampers and Position Sensors, Control Levers (levers for airbrakes, flaps, and slats), Side Stick Controllers, and Electrical Pedals integrating brake and rudder controls have contributed to safer flights, reducing crew workload, while complying with the latest certification requirements for all pilot controls in ATA27.

Crouzet Motion Control and Sensing provides mechatronic products for executing and controlling the electrical movements of flight controls, with design and validation capabilities for Electromechanical Actuators. We also develop Force Sensors and High-Power Density Motors to support aircraft electrification.

Crouzet provides mechatronic solutions to implement and control landing gear operations in accordance with ATA32, from the Pilot Control Interfaces to the Steering Lever and Critical Buttons. This includes Electrical Control & Protection Distribution with Thermal Circuit Breakers, Hermetic Sealed Relays, and Landing gear position and force control: wheel weight measurement, rudder position, door position, landing gear extension and retraction kinematics, and landing gear locking using Proximity Sensors, Hermetic Limit Switches, and Force Sensors.

Doors & Cargo accessories:
Crouzet provides mechatronic products to ensure and control the electrical movements of cargo doors, hatches, and equipment, with design and validation capabilities for Electromechanical Actuators. Our 28VDC Actuators, Position Sensors, Proximity Sensors, and Hermetic Limit Switches, customized to customer specifications, comply with ATA49 and ATA52. We also develop Force Sensors and High-Power Density Motors to support aircraft electrification.

Crouzet ensures the structural integrity and reliability of aircraft structures during ground and flight tests. We work with our customers to measure structural forces and stresses on critical parts such as landing gear, engines, and wings. Crouzet also provides Hybrid Circuit Breakers with arc-fault detection, providing protection against arc flashes that can damage the aircraft structure.
Nacelle & Pylon:
Crouzet Motion Control and Sensing provides mechatronic products to perform and secure electrical motion for nacelle doors, air cooling traps with on-demand capabilities for Electromechanical Actuators. Our 28VDC Actuators, Position Sensors, Proximity Sensors, Hermetic Limit Switches can be adapted to customer specification compliant with ATA54 and ATA79.
